you have your slow move
driving and grinding
pushing it all in front of you
damage and life and weight
the sun far off and cold
the wind slow and quiet
the ocean too far away
and then you stopped
and retreated
traveled north leaving flat lands
leaving waste and me
providence sat with the wine
fading away and silent until
i returned to the lakes
Right now, bl pawelek is hiking in the Minnesota Woods thinking of you, glaciers and the quickly setting sun. He remembers Santa Rosa and Larkfield, and thanks the local wineries for not getting mad when he ran through their fields eating grapes along the way.

Aero Flynn (aka Josh Scott) will be releasing his self-titled debut album on March 10th via Ooh La La Records. Scott comes from the former Eau Claire, WI scene that spawned Bon Iver and Megafuan among other bands. He co-produced this album with Justin Vernon.
